What does a transaction coordinator do?
A transaction coordinator facilitates paperwork, timelines, and contract terms within a real estate transaction to help ensure a seamless transition between property owners. TCs are employed by a broker or a team to act as a liaison for agents, inspectors, escrow officers, clients, and 3rd parties of the like. We handle all of the back-end paperwork and compliance requirements so that you as the agent get to focus on what you do best; showing properties, negotiating, and being present for your clients.
There are some transaction coordinators that write and present offers on behalf of an agent as well, but due to the volatility of the current market, as well as my availability being limited to a standard work week, I do not currently offer this service. Outside of this, my service packages are somewhat flexible to better suit your individual business needs!
