Jesse (Ellis) Rogers, Licensed Transaction Coordinator
I was born and raised in one of the most competitive and prosperous real estate markets in the world. Exposure to a big-city market created a lifelong interest for me in real estate, which I took with me up to college here in Oregon. At the age of 19, I began working for one of the top individual residential real estate brokers in Lane County as a transaction assistant, and after receiving my B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon in 2018, I obtained my brokers license and expanded my position to a licensed transaction coordinator as well as a buyer's agent. My husband and I relocated to the Portland Metro area in February of 2020, where I joined one of the regions top producing teams as a Transaction Manager and Executive Assistant. After more than a year on the team and many months working remotely during 2020 and 2021, I decided that it was time for me to branch out and form an independent and virtual coordination service in order to utilize the skills I've gained and be able to serve more agents and their clients. Travels
As you may already know, being an agent and taking long vacations doesn't always mesh with your clients schedules and this fast-paced market. I enjoy being a Transaction Coordinator because I can still work in the field that I love and be a reliable, experienced resource for agents and clients, all while being able to work anywhere with cell service.
My husband and I also really enjoy road trips and exploring the outdoors together. This desire and the ability for me to work virtually led us to deciding to convert a school bus into a camper and travel across this beautiful state and country for our honeymoon - and long after.
